Changes in FTSE UK Index Series

12 September 2024

 Subject to court sanctioning the scheme of arrangement in relation to the cash
 acquisition of Network International Holdings (UK, constituent) by BCP VI
 Neptune Bidco Holdings (non-constituent), please see details of affected
 indexes and effective dates below:

 Network International Holdings (UK, BH3VJ78) will be deleted from the FTSE 250
 index

 Harworth Group (UK, BYZJ7G4) will be added to the FTSE 250 index and deleted
 from the FTSE SmallCap Index.

 All changes effective 17 September 2024.
