$5.31 as co looks to raise equity
    ** Gene therapy co after the bell Weds announced stock
offering for general corp purposes, development of its product

    ** Sources say jt bookrunners RBC, Oppenheimer and Chardan
marketing ~$35 mln deal
    ** NBSE has ~23.2 mln shares outstanding for nearly $140 mln
market cap, per Refinitiv data, and ~19.2 mln of free float
    ** Stock on Weds rose 3.1% to $6. Shares have roughly halved
from 2021 peak hit in mid-Feb and are down ~14% YTD
