    ** NeuBase Therapeutics and OHR Pharmaceutical close their
merger 
    ** In Jan, co signed merger agreement with NeuBase to use
RNA gene silencing technology for developing treatments for rare
genetic diseases
    ** Co expects to begin trading on Nasdaq under ticker symbol

    ** Following close, co entered into a definitive purchase
agreement for sale of NeuBase common stock with Greenlight
