 * Allotted 4.6 million shares of inr 10 rupees each to the promoters/promoter's 
   group 
 * Source text:Sujana Towers Ltd has informed BSE that the Management Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on November 27, 2015, allotted 46,29,629 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each at a premium of Rs. 44/- per share, to the promoters/promoter's Group incompliance with the terms and conditions of CDR package.
