16.54% to $10.09
    ** Co announces the pricing of $65 million of common stock
    ** Co plans to offers 6.5 million shares at a public
offering price of $10.00 per share; 17.3% discount to last
closing price
    ** Grants underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an
additional 975,000 shares of its common stock at the public
offering price
    ** The offering is expected to close on February 18
    ** Co has 29.85 mln shares outstanding, giving it a ~360 mln
