Sept 10 (Reuters) - Below are company-related news and stories from France and Benelux which could have an impact on the region's markets or individual stocks.

KERING PRTP.PA

French luxury group Kering said it will not fully acquire Italian fashion house Valentino until at least 2028, in its first major move under new CEO Luca de Meo.

SECHE ENVIRONNEMENT CCHE.PA

French waste treatment firm Seche Environnement cut its 2025 and 2026 EBITDA targets after posting half-year revenues of just over 580 million euro ($679.06 million).

EIFFAGE FOUG.PA

France-based construction company Eiffage said it had won, along with its domestic peer NGE, an in-consortium contract for two waste-to-energy plants worth 132 million euro.

NEURONES NRO.PA

French IT consultant Neurones confirmed its full-year financial forecasts as it ended the first half of the year with over 424 million euros in revenues.

FRENCH POLITICS

Protesters across France obstructed highways, burned barricades and clashed sporadically with police on Wednesday in a show of anger against President Emmanuel Macron, the political elite and planned spending cuts.

The anti-government protests sprawled as Sebastien Lecornu, the loyalist picked by President Emmanuel Macron started his first day in office. But he faces the same fiscal headaches as his predecessors, credit rating firm S&P Global warned.
