** Shares of Australia's Neurotech International Ltd
 NTI.AX  rise as much as 7.5% to A$0.072; set to mark best day
since Nov.21, 2022, if gains hold
    ** Stock hits one-week high 
    ** The medical device and solutions co says it has been
granted U.S. FDA approval for Pre-IND meeting for NTI's NTI164
drug used in Autism Spectrum Disorder
    ** Adds purpose of the meeting is to seek FDA feedback in
relation to the proposed clinical developmental program for co's
drug, among others 
    ** Stock rose ~15% in 2022
