    ** Late on Thursday, the software firm said Chief Operating
Officer Kristy Friedrichs resigned; transition effective Dec 31,
2023
    ** Co grants Friedrichs approximately $1 mln in its stock as
compensation
    ** Up to last close, stock had risen 23.7% YTD
