help reduce costs as the retail pharmacy giant sharpens its
focus on healthcare services.
- Online betting firm Flutter Entertainment FLTRF.L and
broadcaster Fox Corporation FOXA.O will close U.S. sports
betting platform FOX Bet.
- New Relic NEWR.N said it has agreed to be taken private
by TPG TPG.O and Francisco Partners in a $6.5 billion all-cash
deal.
