    ** Gold miner says offered rights to existing shareholders
in New Zealand and Australia, opening on Feb. 21
    ** Offer price of NZ$0.018 represents a 55.6% discount to
co's last closing price of NZ$0.028 on Feb. 9
    ** Rights issue for taking up 3 shares for every 5 shares 
    ** Stock posts its biggest intraday pct fall since Jan 30
    ** More than 334,560 shares change hands, vs the 30-day
average volume of 327,775 shares
    ** Stock up 40% this year, as of last close
