into s&p agreement with vendor 
    * Deal for an aggregate consideration of hk$217.8 million 
    * Purchaser has agreed to purchase and vendor has agreed to 
sell FIWRL sale shares and FIWRL sale loan 
    * Purchaser has agreed to purchase and vendor has agreed to 
sell FIIEL sale shares and FIIEL sale loan 
    * Purchaser has agreed to purchase and vendor has agreed to 
sell ECCL sale shares and ECCL sale loan 
    * Vendor is sinotech investments limited, purchaser is New 
Universe International Holdings Limited
