** Shares of New World Resources NWC.AX rise as much as 3.1% to A$0.067, their highest level since January 24, 2022

** The diversified miner gets a sweetened takeover bid of A$0.063 per NWR share from Kinterra, from its previous offer of A$0.062 per share

** NWR advises shareholders to take no action on Kinterra's offer

** Offer price same as Central Asia Metals' bid on Monday, which the miner recommended shareholders to accept

** Stock up 272% YTD, including the day's moves
