** Diversified miner gets non-binding indicative proposal from Kinterra Capital GP Corp II, offering A$0.057 for each share of co it does not already own

** Offer price represents 1.8% premium to stock's last close

** Co says there's no certainty that indicative proposal will result in binding transaction

** YD, NWC surges ~228%
