NLS Pharmaceutics rises on patent for its drug for ADHD treatment in Hong Kong

** U.S.-listed shares of Switzerland-based NLS Pharmaceutics
AG  NLSP.O  rise 5.1% to $1.63
    ** Co says Patents Registry, Intellectual Property
Department of The Government of the Hong Kong Special
Administrative Region has granted patent approval covering
mazindol ER as a method of treatment for attention deficit
hyperactivity disorder
   ** The patent is expected to expire no earlier than 2037 
   ** The patent also relates the use of the drug in other sleep
disorders like narcolepsy and idiopathic hypersomnia - NLSP
   ** Co has accelerated ongoing clinical development of its
lead product and proprietary extended-release formulation of
mazindol, quilience, for the treatment of rare sleep disorders
    ** Stock gained ~16% last year
