NLS Pharmaceutics surges on U.S. patent issuance for ADHD drug

** Shares of pharmaceutical firm  NLSP.O  jumps 75.2% to
$2.1, their highest in more than a month and on course for their
best day since March 2021
    ** Co announces patent issuance in the United States for its
Mazindol Extended-Release formulation and its use in the
treatment of attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD)
    ** Patent claims cover use of its lead drug Quilience
(mazindol ER) in both ADHD & narcolepsy
    ** Co says it expects to report mid-stage study data for
Quilience to treat narcolepsy in the first quarter of 2022 (https://bit.ly/31nYzFg)
    ** Co now has patents covering the extended-release
formulation of mazindol in major markets including the U.S.,
Europe, Canada & South Korea
    ** NLSP currently trades about 21.4% above its 50-day moving
average price of $1.73
