** Co's net profit and revenue from operations decline 54% and 25.4%, respectively, quarter-on-quarter, though both up 4.5% and 1.8%, respectively, y/y

** Co reports EBIDTA of about 450 mln rupees, down 5.6% y/y and 67% q/q

** YTD, NEWG shares down 39.8%
