Italy's Newlat ready for new M&A, looking at dual listing after Princes acquisition

ROME, June 4 (Reuters) - Italy's Newlat  NEWLF.MI  is
ready to start talks on new M&A targets and has a list of
companies it would like to buy after its acquisition of
Britain's Princes, the food group's Chief financial officer told
reporters in Milan on Tuesday.
    CFO Fabio Fazzari added that a dual listing on the Milan and
London bourses was "clearly an option" for Newlat.
