Notification of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities
The Company announces that awards have been granted under the NewRiver REIT Plc Long Term Incentive Plan 2025 (as approved by the shareholders at the AGM in 2025) as follows:
1. Conditional Share Awards (CSA) which are nil-cost options over the Company's shares, as shown below. Vesting of the awards is subject to the Company's total shareholder return and total accounting return performance conditions measured over a three-year period. Once vested, the awards must be held for a further two years before they can be exercised.
2. Deferred Bonus Awards (DBA) as shown below. Vesting of the awards is subject to continued employment at the date of vesting in two years' time.
