** Australia shares of News Corp NWS.AX rise as much as 4.5% to A$43.98, their highest level since February 3

** Media company reported a 9% y-o-y jump in third-quarter revenues to $2.19 billion, which above estimates of $2.11 billion, according to data compiled by LSEG

** Adjusted EPS for Q3 rose to $0.21, also beating analyst expectations

** Co attributes higher revenue to growth at its digital real estate services, Dow Jones and book publishing segments

** YTD, stock down 3%
