    xtended trading after secondary offerings unveiled

    ** Fox says trusts for benefit of Prudence MacLeod, Elisabeth Murdoch and James Murdoch and his or her respective descendants and charitable organizations intend to sell ~16.9 mln shares, and
    News Corp announces secondary offering of ~14.2 mln shares

    ** Also, Fox says it reached a mutual resolution on the legal proceedings related to the Murdoch Family Trust, resulting in termination of all litigation

    ** New family trusts will be established to benefit Lachlan Murdoch, Grace Murdoch and Chloe Murdoch. Prudence MacLeod, Elisabeth Murdoch and James Murdoch will cease being beneficiaries of any trust holding Fox or News Corp shares

** Morgan Stanley acting as sole underwriter for both secondary offerings

** Through Mon close, FOXA shares up ~29% YTD while NWSA shares up ~9% in 2025
