Ethernity Networks Ltd (AIM: ENET.L), a leading supplier of networking
processing technology ported on FPGA (field programmable gate array) for
virtualised networking appliances, received notification on 22 March 2022 from
5G Innovation Leaders Fund, LLC (the "Investor") that the Investor's voting
rights have fallen below 6% and are currently between 5% and 6%.
