** Shares of medical hydrogel provider NexGel Inc NXGL.O
surges ~14% to $1.88 in premarket trading
** Co says on March 21 entered into agreement with
GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare Holdings (US) LLC - a GSK
Plc spinoff called Haleon Plc HLN.L
** Agreement to supply material for a consumer product to be
developed and released in the future by Haleon
** Up to last close, NXGL added 32% this year
