** Shares of hydrogel developer Nexgel  NXGL.O  rise as much
as 15% to $2.34 after the bell  
    ** Company expects Q3 revenue of $2.2 mln, vs analysts est.
of $2.09 mln, according to LSEG data 
    ** Sees Q4 revenue of $2.6 mln, topping estimates of $2.47
mln
     ** NXGL posts preliminary Q2 revenue of $1.4 mln vs est.
$1.41 mln
    ** The outlook does not include revenue from supply deal
with AbbVie  ABBV.N  signed last year - Nexgel
    ** Up to last close, stock down 4.2% YTD
