    * Says its unit NEXON Korea Corporation will acquire 7.1
million
shares of NAT GAMES Co Ltd  225570.KQ , from Barunson
Entertainment & Arts Corporation, Barunson Co., Ltd. and an
individual, for 145.16 billion won (about 14.73 billion yen) in
total 
    * Says its unit will raise voting power in NAT GAMES Co.,
Ltd. to
49.1 percent from 18.6 percent 
    * Effective June 27
