Conduct Authority and is available for viewing:

 

Base Prospectus dated 21 May 2025 (the "Base Prospectus") relating to the
£3,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme of NEXT Group plc (the
"Issuer") and guaranteed by NEXT plc (the "Guarantor").
