Director Declaration - Change in External Directorship

 

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14R, the Company announces that subject to
FCA approval Jonathan Bewes, Senior Independent Director, will join the board
of Moneysupermarket.com Group Plc as Chair Designate with effect from 1 July
2024 and Chair with effect from 1 January 2025.
