Director Declaration - Change in External Directorships

 

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14R, the Company announces that Amanda
James, Group Finance Director, will join the boards of Auto Trader Group plc
and The British Land Company PLC as a non-executive director with effect from
1 July 2024.
