The following notification is made under article 19 of the UK Market Abuse
Regulation. On 30 September 2025 the following PDMRs and a PCA acquired shares
in NEXT plc as part of a vesting of share awards under the September 2022-2025
Next Long Term Incentive Plan (the "LTIP") as set out below. The shares
acquired by PDMRs must be held for a minimum period of two years.
