B Share Scheme Update

Redemption of B Shares

Following its announcement on 15 January 2026 in relation to the proposed
return of capital by NEXT by way of a B Share Scheme, NEXT confirms that the
redemption of the B Shares issued pursuant to the B Share Scheme will occur
today.

It is expected that eligible shareholders will receive payment on or before
Wednesday 28 January 2026.

Capitalised terms used in this announcement which are not otherwise defined
have the same meaning as in the explanatory circular regarding the B Share
Scheme published on 19 December 2025, which is available on NEXT's website at
www.nextplc.co.uk (http://www.nextplc.co.uk) .
