Change to Remuneration and Nomination Committee

 

NextEnergy Solar Fund, a leading specialist investor in solar energy and
energy storage, announces that the Company's current Remuneration and
Nomination Committee has been separated into two newly formed Committees
(Nomination Committee & Remuneration Committee), with effect from 26
February 2024.

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11, the Company also announces that Helen
Mahy, Chairman of the Company, has stepped down as a Member of the Audit
Committee but will be invited to all Audit Committee Meetings as an attendee,
with effect from 26 February 2024. Patrick Firth will remain as Chair of the
