NextEnergy Solar Fund, a leading specialist investor in solar energy and
energy storage, announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held
at the registered office of the Company at Floor 2, Trafalgar Court, Les
Banques, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 4LY at 12.00 p.m. (Guernsey time) on 20
August 2025.
The Notice of AGM has been dispatched to all shareholders. An electronic copy
of the Notice of AGM is also available on the Company's website

Board Recommendations
The Board of Directors unanimously recommends ordinary shareholders vote 'FOR'
Resolutions 1 to 12 and VOTE 'AGAINST' SPECIAL RESOLUTION 13 (the
Discontinuation Resolution).
The Company's Board considers that the continuation of the business described
in the Notice of AGM is in the best interests of the Company and of its
shareholders as a whole. The Directors intend to vote in line with their
recommendations in respect of their personal beneficial shareholdings. Please

(SPECIAL RESOLUTION 13) on page 4 of the 2025 Circular and Notice of AGM
document.
