Total Voting Rights

 

In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R,
the Company would like to notify the market that as at 30 September 2023 its
total issued share capital consists of 590,821,185. Ordinary Shares, each
with equal voting rights.

 

The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury.

 

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is
590,821,185. Shareholders should use this number as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify
their interest, or a change to their interest, in the Company under the FCA's
Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
