** Bloomberg News reports that U.S. power firm NextEra Energy NEE.N is in talks to buy co for ~$76/share

** Reported offer represents ~23% premium to D's Friday close and would be mostly stock deal

** Tie-up would create one of the largest U.S. power companies by market value

** As of last close, D stock up 5.3% YTD
