Dec 5 (Reuters) - Next Eye Co Ltd  137940.KQ  : 
     
    * Says it will invest 4.25 billion won to set up a new 
subsidiary, named SASA Duty Free Co.,Ltd, for business diversity 
and synergy effect   
    * Says the new subsidiary is capitalized at 5 billion won 
and is engaged in duty free shop related business including 
cosmetics 
    * Says it will hold 85 percent stake(850,000 shares) in the 
new subsidiary
