** Shares of energy solutions provider NextNRG NXXT.O rise ~2% to $1.6

** Company signs memorandum of understanding with battery maker A123 Systems to support the deployment of battery energy storage systems manufactured domestically

** Under the deal, A123 and NXXT will deploy A123’s 5MWh battery energy storage units across co's U.S. energy projects

** Including session's move, shares down 52.4% YTD
