Sept 12 (Reuters) - Nova Re SpA  NR.MI : 
    * Said on Friday that the board exercised its powers 
 urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nFWN19F0CD to implement a capital increase for 95.6 million 
euros ($107.46 million) 
    * Capital increase to be implemented in kind for up to 55.6 
million euros and in cash for up to 40 million euros 
    * To issue up to 40 million euros to cover the warrants that 
will be combined with the capital increase in cash
