Jan 17 (Reuters) - Nova Re SpA  NR.MI : 
    * Said on Monday that the board updated the industrial plan 
    * Board decided that the capital increase in kind for the 
acquisition of the initial real estate portfolio and 20 million 
euros of the capital increase in cash should be implemented by 
June 30 
    * The capital increase in kind will be for up to 59.5 
million euros ($63.38 million) 
    * The reserved capital increase in cash will be for a total 
of 40 million euros
