Sigma Additive Solutions jumps after agreeing to acquire NextTrip Holdings

** Shares of software company Sigma Additive Solutions
 SASI.O  more than double to $6.85
    ** Sigma agrees to acquire NextTrip Holdings in exchange for
Sigma's 19.99% of outstanding common stock  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nBw6Y80hVa
    ** Additionally, NextTrip may receive additional Sigma stock
based on post-closing performance milestones
    ** Sigma also reported to sell its in-process quality
assurance technology suite to Divergent Technologies in the same
release
    ** Sigma expected to change name to NextTrip and be listed
on Nasdaq under new trading symbol 
    ** Shares down 11% YTD
