Australia's NEXTDC jumps on contract wins, lifts pro-forma forward order book

** Shares of NEXTDC NXT.AX rise as much as 9.3% to A$13.05, their steepest rise since December 5

** The data center operator's pro-forma contracted utilisation increases by 30% to 412MW since the last update on December 1 following further contract wins

** Co's pro-forma forward order book has increased to 301MW and will convert to billings, revenue, and EBITDA over FY26 to FY29

** Stock is down 16.9% YTD, including the session's moves
