** The data center operator signs an MoU with ChatGPT maker OpenAI to co-develop hyperscale AI campus, GPU supercluster at its S7 site in Sydney

** Stock is top gainer in the broader benchmark .AXJO index, which was down 0.2%, as of 2332 GMT

** YTD, stock down 5.4% this year, including the day's move
