THE GLOBE AND MAIL

- Air Canada AC.TO is testing a pilot program that would route passenger compensation complaints to third-party arbitrators, aiming to bypass long delays at the Canadian Transportation Agency, the airline said.

- Canada's Caisse de depot et placement du Quebec has agreed to back Australian data-centre operator NEXTDC Ltd's NXT.AX  expansion by committing up to A$1 billion ($707.4 million) to a planned hybrid debt offering.
