NexTier Oilfield Solutions and Patterson-UTI Energy hold merger talks - WSJ

June 12 (Reuters) - NexTier Oilfield Solutions NEX.N
and Patterson-UTI Energy PTEN.O are holding talks over a
possible merger, the Wall Street Journal reported on Monday
citing people familiar with the matter.
A deal is not imminent and it is not certain the talks will
result in a transaction, the report said.
