Nexus Infrastructure plc (AIM:NEXS), a leading provider of essential infrastructure solutions, announces that on 23 July 2025, it was notified that on that same day, Clare Lacey, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 3,183 ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £1.5668 per Ordinary Share.

 

Following this share purchase, Clare Lacey's total shareholding in the Company is 3,183 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.04% per cent of Nexus' total voting rights.
