Nexus Infrastructure plc (AIM:NEXS), a leading provider of essential infrastructure solutions, announces that on 29 September 2025, it was notified that on that same day, Charles Sweeney, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased 3,927 ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £1.272 per Ordinary Share.

 

Following this share purchase, Charles Sweeney's total shareholding in the Company is 47,199 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.52% per cent of Nexus' total voting rights.
