Nexus Infrastructure plc (AIM:NEXS), a leading provider of essential infrastructure solutions announces that on 26 February 2026, it was notified that on that same day, Charles Sweeney, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased 8,420 ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £1.1875 per Ordinary Share.

Following this share purchase, Charles Sweeney's total shareholding in the Company is 55,619 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.62% per cent of Nexus' total voting rights.
