The AGM will be held on Wednesday, 12 March 2024 at 9:00am at Nexus Park,
Avenue East, Skyline 120, Great Notley, Braintree, Essex, CM77 7AL, with the
option for shareholders to attend virtually. To attend virtually,
shareholders must pre-register by contacting the Company Secretary by
email: investors@nexus-infrastructure.com

attending virtually will be able to ask questions, they will not be able to
vote and are therefore encouraged to exercise their votes by submitting their
proxy electronically or by post, as detailed in the Notice of AGM.
