Award of Options to Director/PDMR

 

Nexus announces that today, under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan 2016
(the "Plan"), the following share options over ordinary shares of 2p each in
the Company have been awarded to a Director and PDMR ("Options").

No consideration was paid for the grant of these Options which will vest on
