purchased 27 Ordinary Shares in the Company on 11(th) March 2022 via a
Dividend Reinvestment Plan at a purchase price of £2.085 per Ordinary Share.
 Mr Gallagher's total interest in the Company is now 39,765 Ordinary Shares,
representing 0.09% of the total voting rights of the Company.
