Nexus Infrastructure plc (AIM: NEXS), announces that it has received
notification that Ffion Griffith, non-executive director, tendered 853 shares
in error as part of the recent Tender Offer.  Mrs Griffith has today
purchased 853 Ordinary Shares in the Company to correct this error. Mrs
Griffith's total interest in the Company is now 853 Ordinary Shares,
representing 0.01% of the total voting rights of the Company.

Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging
managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them.

 

The following amendment has been made to the Director Dealing announcement
released on 22 March 2023 at 07:00, RNS Number: 7829T. The correction relates
to the volume which should have been 5,119, all other details remain
