Posting of Notice of Annual General Meeting and Annual Report and Accounts

 

 

Nexus Infrastructure plc (AIM:NEXS), a leader in enabling the energy
transition by delivering sustainable infrastructure, confirms that it has
issued to shareholders copies of the 2021 Annual Report and Financial
Statements and Notice of AGM, including the form of proxy, for the year ended
30 September 2021.

 

The Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday 15(th) February 2022 at
9.00am. (the "2022 AGM").

 

Due to the continuing uncertainty in relation to the COVID-19 pandemic,
shareholders are encouraged to attend the 2022 AGM virtually.
Pre-registration to attend the virtual meeting can be requested by contacting
the Company Secretary by email at investors@nexus-infrastructure.com.

 

Shareholders are urged to exercise their votes by submitting their proxy
electronically or by post, as explained in the Notice of AGM.  Given that
there may be changes to restrictions and therefore shareholders ability to
attend the meeting in person, the Board strongly recommends that shareholders
appoint the chair of the meeting as their proxy (and not any named
individual).

 

The Annual Report and Financial Statements and Notice of Meeting are now
available to be viewed in the investor section of the Company's website
